Central Nebraska Soccer Officials Association (CNSOA) is an association of soccer referees from Lincoln, Nebraska, and other communities across the state. CNSOA exists to support soccer referees and to provide for their continuing education on the intricacies of the art and science of soccer officiating. CNSOA membership is open to any area referee. CNSOA’s members officiate matches at all levels, including: youth recreational and competitive; high school; college; adult amateur; and even professional.
